Bio
I'm Autumn Fischer, a second-year New Media Interactive Development student at Rochester Institute of
Technology, minoring in Mathematics and graduating in May 2028. I came to this field because I wanted
work that sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving and visual craft — and that's exactly
what I get to do every day.
Outside of school, I spend a lot of time doing theater, music, and arts
and crafts. That creative instinct carries directly into how I approach design and development. I'm not
just thinking about whether something functions correctly, I'm also thinking about whether it feels
right,
whether it's considered, whether it's something someone will actually enjoy using. The math minor isn't
incidental either; I genuinely love the logical structure that underlies good code and well-organized
design systems.
I work comfortably across the full range of front-end development and visual design, and I'm
increasingly at home in Unity and C# as I take on more interactive and game-based projects. I care about
the details and I take pride in building things that are as
well-crafted under the hood as they look on the surface.
I'm currently seeking a summer 2026 internship in front-end development, UI/UX design, or interactive
media. If you're building something that needs both technical rigor and a strong eye for design, I'd
love to
talk.
